Who we are

Copperfield Neighbors is a group of Copperfield subdivision homeowners in St. Peters, Missouri, organizing around the proposed owner-occupancy amendment to the subdivision indentures. We are not the Copperfield Residents Association Board. Contact: hello@copperfieldvoteno.com.

Information we collect

Owner names and property addresses come from public St. Charles County assessor records. If you fill out a form on this site we collect the name, address, email address, mobile phone number and any comment you choose to provide. When you open a personal link we record that the link was opened, the time, and general browser information so we can avoid contacting people repeatedly.

How we use it

We use this information only to communicate with Copperfield homeowners about the owner-occupancy vote: sending the information page, sending an owner's official ballot, and reminders. Signed ballots are delivered to the Copperfield Residents Association Board as part of the official vote.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number you may receive informational text messages from Copperfield Neighbors. Message frequency varies (roughly 2–4 messages total). Message and data rates may apply. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@copperfieldvoteno.com or replying STOP to any text.

Security & retention

Data is stored in access-controlled systems available only to the campaign organizers and is deleted after the vote concludes, except for records the Board keeps as part of the official vote.
